MODE OF OPERATIONS
The spelt husking is possible thanks to two horizontal disks, one made of emery and one made of rubber. The upper disk made of rubber is stable, while the lower emery disk is rotating on a vertical axe. The rotation of the lower disk put the grain in a vertical position thereby allowing the separation of the husk. The product leaving the machine will be a mixture of husked spelt, husks and unhusked spelt. This product shall be sent to a fan to separate the husk and then to a gravimetric table to separate the husked product from the unhusked one.
